Badal Umrah Ltd is a company in the process of formal registration in the United Kingdom. We operate the website badal-umrah.com and facilitate Shariah-approved proxy religious services — including Badal Umrah, Badal Hajj, and charitable donations — performed by certified Islamic scholars residing in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or using any part of our website, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
• The information you provide — including the beneficiary's name and Niyyah — is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full

3 Our Services

We offer the following services, subject to availability:

All services are Shariah-approved and conducted with the correct Niyyah as provided by you at the time of booking.

4 Booking Process

• Select your service and provide the beneficiary's full name and Niyyah during checkout
• You may request a preferred date — we will confirm availability and schedule accordingly
• A booking confirmation will be sent to you after payment is received
• Ramadan slots are strictly limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis

5 Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your slot
• All prices are listed in USD. Currency conversion is handled by your payment provider
• We use secure, third-party payment processors — your card details are never stored on our servers
• All transactions are encrypted via SSL/TLS

6 Delivery of Proof

Upon completion of the service, you will receive:

• A high-definition video recording of the Umrah or Hajj performance
• A digital certificate of completion bearing the beneficiary's name and date

Delivery is typically within 72 hours of the service being performed. In cases of unexpected delays, we will communicate with you promptly.

7 Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:

• Full refund available if cancelled within 24 hours of booking and service not yet performed
• No refund once the service has been performed
• Donations are non-refundable once submitted

8 Shariah Compliance

All services are performed in accordance with mainstream Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh), supported by scholars of the four major madhabs. We make no guarantee regarding the acceptance of any act of worship by Allah — that is between the worshipper, the beneficiary, and Allah (SWT). Our obligation is to ensure the service is performed sincerely, correctly, and with full dedication by a qualified scholar.

9 Limitation of Liability

Badal Umrah Ltd acts as a trusted facilitator of religious proxy services. We are not liable for:

• Delays or inability to perform caused by force majeure, access restrictions to the Haram, or circumstances beyond our control
• Any consequences arising from incorrect beneficiary details provided by the customer
• Differences of scholarly opinion regarding the permissibility or validity of proxy worship beyond mainstream Shariah consensus

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

10 Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Engage in unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or exploit our website or systems
• Resell or commercially exploit our services without prior written permission
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

11 Intellectual Property

All content on badal-umrah.com — including text, logos, digital certificates, videos, and media — is the intellectual property of Badal Umrah Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without our express written permission, except for personal, non-commercial purposes.

12 Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

13 Governing Law & Disputes
