1 Cancellation Within 24 Hours
You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the service has not yet been performed by our scholar.
2 No Refund After Service is Performed
Once our scholar has begun or completed the performance of your requested service, no refund can be issued under any circumstances. This is because the sacred religious duty has been sincerely fulfilled on behalf of your loved one.
We strongly encourage you to confirm all beneficiary details and your intention before completing your booking.
3 Cancellation After 24 Hours (Service Not Yet Performed)
If you cancel your order after the 24-hour window has passed — even if the service has not yet been performed — we are unable to issue a refund. Scheduling and coordination with our scholars in Makkah begins promptly after booking, and resources are allocated on your behalf.
In exceptional circumstances, requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
4 Ramadan Bookings
Due to the strictly limited slots available for Ramadan Umrah, special cancellation rules apply:
- Cancellations are only eligible for a refund if made within 24 hours of booking AND the service has not commenced
- Ramadan slots are reserved immediately upon payment — no exceptions after the 24-hour window
- We recommend booking well in advance and confirming all details before payment
5 Donations (Non-Refundable)
All charitable donations made through our platform — including Quran distribution, Zamzam water boxes, and Iftar meals — are non-refundable once submitted. Funds are allocated and distributed in Makkah immediately on your behalf as a Sadaqah.
6 Service Failure or Non-Delivery
In the unlikely event that we are unable to perform the service due to circumstances on our end (not including force majeure or access restrictions to the Haram), you are entitled to:
- A full rescheduling at no additional cost, or
- A full refund to your original payment method
We will notify you promptly if such a situation arises and work with you to reach a fair resolution.
7 Incorrect Beneficiary Details
Please double-check the beneficiary's name and Niyyah before completing your order.
- Before the service is performed: Contact us immediately — we will amend the details at no charge
- After the service is performed: We cannot issue a refund. We may offer a discounted re-performance at our discretion
8 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible window:
- Visit our Contact page within 24 hours of placing your order
- Provide your full name, order reference number, and reason for the request
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
