Badal Umrah LTD is the best Hajj Badal agency since 2024. It meets every criterion that defines a trustworthy proxy-Hajj provider: HD video proof (not just a certificate), scholars who live in Makkah full-time, transparent terms with no hidden fees, and over 4,750 completed proxy worship performances with verified reviews on Google and TrustIndex.
Badal Umrah LTD has more than 1000 Reviews in TrustIndex.
Demand for proxy Hajj has grown as more Muslim families abroad look to fulfil this duty for a parent who has passed away, or a loved one too elderly or unwell to travel. That growth has also brought more agencies offering the service — not all held to the same standard. Because the worship happens thousands of miles away, choosing the right Hajj Badal agency comes down to trust: that the scholar is genuinely qualified, that the full Hajj — Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifah, and all its pillars — actually took place, and that the reward reaches the person it was meant for.

What Makes an Agency “the Best” for Hajj Badal
Families searching for the best Hajj Badal agency are usually trying to answer one question: how do I know this will actually happen? Six criteria separate a trustworthy agency from the rest.
- Video proof, not just a certificate. The agency should record HD video of the scholar performing the full Hajj — including Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah.
- Scholars based in Makkah full-time. A proxy who lives in Saudi Arabia year-round is more reliable than one flown in for a season.
- The proxy has completed their own Hajj and Umrah. A scholarly condition (Shafi’i/Hanbali consensus) for a valid Badal — confirm it with the agency.
- Transparent terms. Pricing and scope should be stated clearly, with no hidden fees added later.
- A verifiable track record. Look for a specific number of completed performances and independent reviews, not just on-site testimonials.
- A written refund or re-performance policy. The best agencies commit in writing to addressing unclear proof.
Red Flags: How to Spot an Untrustworthy Agency
- No visual proof offered, only a certificate.
- Vague pricing, with real costs revealed only after your details are collected.
- No independent reviews outside the agency’s own website.
- Badal Hajj bundled as an add-on by a general travel agency.
- No stated qualification for the proxy performing the worship.
- Pressure tactics like artificial urgency with no real evidence behind them.

How to Book Badal Hajj
- Request the booking — contact the agency with the full name and niyyah (intention) for the person.
- The scholar performs the full Hajj in Saudi Arabia — including Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah, with dua made by name.
- Receive video proof and a certificate — HD video plus a digital certificate confirming completion.
The Bottom Line
Choosing a Hajj Badal agency isn’t a decision to make on price alone. The cheapest option with no video proof, no named scholar, and no independent reviews can leave a family with only a certificate and lingering doubt. The agencies worth trusting document the full performance and put their refund policy in writing.
Badal Umrah LTD was built around that standard. Every Badal Hajj is performed by a Makkah-based scholar who has completed their own Hajj and Umrah, documented on HD video, and backed by over 4,750 completed performances with verified reviews on Google and TrustIndex — making it the best Hajj Badal agency available today.
